• Provide detailed takeoffs including breakout quantities for alternates, unit prices, and allowances.

• Manage RFIs, Addenda, and Supplemental Information to ensure takeoff is accurate to the latest set of documents.

• Proposal writing with inclusions and exclusions.

• Provide personally developed pricing spreadsheets up on request.

Change Management

• Provide detailed takeoffs documenting all changes included within updated documents.

• Document control to manage bulletins, revisions, and supplemental information. 

• Develop detailed narratives with trade specific notes.
