As a graduate of Penn State University, Cory began his construction career as a Project Engineer, working primarily in the public sector. As a Project Engineer, Cory primarily focused on coordinating operations and providing document control. Taking the knowledge and experience from the operations side of the industry, he transitioned to estimating and began focusing primarily on the preconstruction side of the industry.
Over the next five years, Cory garnered his experience on a multitude of different projects and improved his education, completing a Master's Degree with the University of Pittsburgh. Cory is able identify cost factors and effectively quantify construction documents, and develops bid proposals. His expertise ensures accurate construction budgets and competitive proposals.
Throughout his career, he has showcased a diverse skill set in estimating, project engineering, MEP coordination, and preconstruction management, emphasizing effective collaboration and consistently delivering great experience for colleagues and clients alike.
As a graduate of Penn State University, Chris began his career in construction in the public utility sector. As a sales manager, Chris managed one of the largest regions in Pennsylvania. Eventually Chris transitioned from his sales role to a Project Engineer.
In his new role, his focus was geared primarily towards the daily operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and peers. Chris would continue to grow his career into a Project Manager role, working on a variety of different projects throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
Chris has consistently demonstrated a customer-first mentality and has showcased his ability to deliver incredible results in a timely manner throughout his career.
