• Provide detailed takeoffs including breakout quantities for alternates, unit prices, and allowances.

• Manage RFIs, Addenda, and Supplemental Information to ensure takeoff is accurate to the latest set of documents.

• Proposal writing with inclusions and exclusions.

• Provide personally developed pricing spreadsheets up on request.

PRICING

Quantity takeoffs start at a rate of $40.00 per takeoff and vary based on size of project. Projects included within this category would include buildings or fit-outs up to 25,000 sf in size. Projects that exceed this limit may be charged on an hourly basis. Projects with excessive addenda, bid clarifications, and/or supplemental information may incur additional review costs.

Hourly rates shall include $40.00 for the first hour, and $25.00 per hour thereafter. Hourly rates shall only be incurred on the initial takeoff. Upon completion of the initial, review of drawings, specifications, bid clarifications, addenda, and supplemental information shall be included. Revisions to takeoff shall incur hourly rates, if and only if, there are significant changes to the original takeoff.

Prices are subject to change from project-to-project basis, and all prices are negotiable.
