General Trades

Provide detailed takeoffs for installation of casework, doors, frames, & hardware, and miscellaneous specialties. 

Takeoffs will including breakout quantities for alternates, unit prices, and allowances as specified by the project documents.

Reviewal of all RFIs, Addenda, and Supplemental Information to ensure takeoff is accurate to the latest set of documents.

Utilize and provide personally developed pricing spreadsheets upon request.
